How does Eaves decide what's in my plan?

From your home profile: the kind of home, whether winters freeze, your hemisphere, and the features you ticked. Change them any time in Today ▸ gear ▸ Home profile; the plan updates itself. Jobs you remove by hand stay removed, and you can add any job back from Schedule ▸ + ▸ Browse the library.

A job doesn't suit my home. What now?

Open it and choose ••• ▸ Edit to change how often it repeats, Snooze or Skip to move it, or Remove from plan. Its history is kept.

The label scan didn't find my model number.

Fill the frame with the rating plate, avoid glare, and keep the phone steady. Some labels are engraved or very low-contrast — you can always type the numbers in.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit ▸ Add Widget, and search for Eaves. The medium "Up Next" widget lets you tick jobs off without opening the app.

What's free and what's Premium?

The full schedule, reminders, widgets, history and up to 3 appliances are free forever. Premium adds unlimited appliances, documents, the PDF home report and unlimited custom jobs.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I move to a new phone?

Your data is part of your device backup and comes across automatically. You can also use Settings ▸ Your data ▸ Export a backup, and restore it on the new phone.
