Privacy policy

Short version: Eaves doesn't collect anything. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.

What Eaves stores, and where

Your home profile, schedule, appliances, documents, photos and maintenance history are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are included in your normal device backups (iCloud or computer), which are controlled by you and Apple, not by us. We never receive them.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you choose to scan an appliance label or a document. Label text is recognised on your iPhone using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Photos and scans are saved inside the app on your device and are never uploaded.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Eaves does not use push notifications or any notification server.

Purchases

Eaves Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple on your device.

Third parties

Eaves contains no third-party SDKs, trackers or advertising. We do not sell, share or transfer data, because we don't have any.

Your control

In Settings ▸ Your data you can export a full backup (JSON), export your history (CSV), restore a backup, or erase everything. Deleting the app deletes its data from your device.

Children

Eaves is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
